- Please do not send us photographs of your child. We do not use them, we cannot accept them, and we would rather not receive them.
- For a refund or a cancellation, write from the email address on the subscription — it is the fastest way for us to find you. Refund policy.
- Talewick is run online only. Support is by email, which means there is no phone line and no postal address to visit.
